Mustansar Husain Tarar is a renowned name of contemporary Urdu literature. He is famous for travelogue writing and is one of the most leading writers of Pakistan. He is not only a travelogue writer but also a novelist, fictionist, dramatist and columnist. Indeed, he is a prolific writer with deep interest in history. He aptly employs his history knowledge while penning his writings especially travelogues. He is equally liked home and abroad. Some of his work has been included in syllabus of Russian university. This article focuses non-fiction work of Mustansar Husain Tarar.
