Abstract

The subject of the research paper is a discussion of the gardens of ancient India. With the help of various references from librarty and research sources, a vivid portrayal of these gardens has been presented. Gardens are not merely meant to be seen, but also serve to soothe the five senses. The essay acquaints us with the gardens constrsenscs in the past, the beautiful and fragrant flowers that bloomed in them, and their names. In addition to local flowers, It also provides information about Turkish and Iranian flowers that adorned the garden of India. Furthermore, the importance of flowers in diffeent civitization has also been highlighted.
